Mill Quality: 11-Point Inspection

Our state-of-the-art sheeting facilities replicate high quality mill sheets that you're used to purchasing from Spicers Paper. Size, edge cut, squareness, curl, flatness and presentation are important factors in the printing process. This is why Spicers employs only the highest quality machines to complete your custom sheets to perfection. In addition, our slitter machines use kinfe blades that are ten times sharper than the average blade. This reduces dust from the cutting process and gives the edges of your custom sheet job the absolute highest quality cut possible. After cutting, your order goes through the 11-point quality check. Two individuals perform the check to ensure that your custom sheet order is mill quality and press ready.
