Roll Inventory
15,000,000+ Pounds in Master Rolls Each of our sheeting facilities stock hundred of different size master rolls, each roll in a different width to maximize converting flexibility. Core grades include Tango (MeadWestvaco), Pacesetter (Moorim), and Flo (Sappi). But we can custom sheet any roll grade, as well as some plastics and synthetics, so just ask!
Sizes & Weights
We can sheet as small as 11 x 17 and as large as 57 x 80. We can handle basis weights from 40 lb. opaque to 40 pt. board.
Replicates Mill-Quality Sheeting
Size, edge cut, squares, curl, flatness, and presentation are critical factors in the printing process. That’s why Spicers employs only the highest mill-quality machines to cut custom sheets to perfection, and exactly as specified. Our slitter machines use a highly polished, “super finish” on both sides of our slitter blades (ten times sharper than average blades) to reduce slitter dust and deliver the best cut possible.
Press-Ready Skids
Flat sheets are stacked on custom-made skids of your choosing, either press-ready mini, regular-feed or continuous-feed skids. Skids are numbered, then wrapped and banded for extra security during shipping to your location.

With six strategically located converting facilities – Seattle, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Denver, Kansas City, and Minneapolis - we can maintain a pre-sheeting inventory for you and turn it around in one day. Other orders take 48 hours from order to delivery.
