Custom Sheeting Process

  1. Select paper roll from inventory.
  2. Carefully transfer paper roll from inventory to sheeter equipment (using forklifts with specially designed clamps, engineered to minimize damage).
  3. Paper roll is loaded onto sheeter.
  4. Sheeter is configured to convert the roll to exact specifications.
  5. Paper is fed through the webbing of the sheeter, designed to de-curl paper to get perfectly flat stock.
  6. Mill quality sheeter trims and cuts paper to precise specifications.
  7. Flat sheets are stacked on custom-made pallets for regular or continuous feed pallet.
  8. Paper is rigorously inspected using our 11-point quality control standards.
  9. Paper is jogged to one corner of pallet.
  10. Pallets are numbered to assure the order stays together and its delivered as a single order.
  11. Pallets are carefully packaged for extra security during shipping.
  12. Job is delivered to your location.
